You agree that TIMEZ5 Global Inc., has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any content preferences you may enter into the RSS Service. You acknowledge that TIMEZ5 Global Inc., reserves the right to terminate subscribers that are inactive for an extended period of time or violate our Terms of Service.
