If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can only exchange your item for another item for the same or lesser value. You can exchange your item within 5 days from the purchase date. Exchanged products must be in the same condition received with the original box and/or packaging.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A FULL REFUND

- Items must be in new condition
- Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
- Items must be not used already

RETURN LOGISTICS

Return logistics are as per purchase method. If you have purchased the product from an authorized dealer you need to take it back directly to them with the original invoice. As for e-commerce all shipment costs are at the responsibility of the customer. On a case-by-case TIMEZ5 may offer its own preferred shipping rates to customers for returned items.

If the product return is rejected not meeting the refund requirements the cost of reshipping is at the responsibility of the customer.
