TIMEZ5 provides international shipping and handling services to customers. All shipping and handling charges include logistical costs. However, TIMEZ5 does not cover local customs duties, taxes or tariffs applied. Such costs are at the responsibility of the customer and are to be handled directly by the customer.
TIMEZ5 insures its shipments are packed, and delivered as packaged from our factories and warehouses. Any shipment damages or mishandling is at the responsibility of our third party logistics provider.
TIMEZ5 Global doesn’t take any responsibility if the customer using a third party shipping company such as a shop and ship service. This is defined as not using the TIMEZ5 global shipping services already provided. If your product is delayed, lost or not cleared from customs the customer bears full responsibility.
